By accessing or using beaverstudio.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. BeaverStudio ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Service Description

BeaverStudio.ai is an AI agent marketplace showcasing over 90 specialized AI agents across 19 industry verticals. The Site allows visitors to browse agent listings, interact with demo versions of agents, and schedule consultations. The agents are built on the OpenClaw framework and powered by third-party AI models.

3. Demo Agent Interactions

The AI agent demos available on the Site are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. When using demo agents:

• Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, confidential business data, or any information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
• Agent outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for any particular purpose.
• Demo interactions may be logged for quality improvement purposes.
• Demo agents are not intended for production use. They are illustrative of capabilities that can be customized for your specific needs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the BeaverStudio name and branding, page layouts, and software — is the property of BeaverStudio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. The OpenClaw framework is subject to its own license terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or demo agents for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Attempt to exploit, overload, or interfere with the Site's infrastructure or agent services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer agent configurations, prompts, or system instructions.
• Submit malicious, abusive, or harmful content to demo agents.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all demo agents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that agent outputs will be accurate, reliable, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. AI agent demos may produce incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical outputs. You use agent outputs entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeaverStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any demo agent interactions. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude API), Cal.com, and Vercel. Your use of features powered by these services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeaverStudio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
