BeaverStudio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website beaverstudio.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site and interact with our AI agent demos, how we use that information, and your choices regarding it.

• Usage analytics — Pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and device information. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you.
• Chat interactions with demo agents — When you use our AI agent demos, the messages you send and the responses generated are processed to provide the demo experience. These interactions may be retained to improve service quality.
• Booking form data — If you schedule a meeting through our Cal.com integration, we receive the name, email address, and any notes you provide in the booking form.

We do not currently require user accounts, and we do not process payments on the Site.

We use minimal cookies, limited to analytics purposes. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect analytics accuracy. Essential cookies required for basic site functionality do not track personal information.

Usage analytics are retained in aggregate form indefinitely. Demo agent chat interactions may be retained for up to 90 days to improve service quality, after which they are deleted. Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the scheduling request and any follow-up communication, and is then deleted.

• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
