Receives briefs, decomposes into work units, dispatches to the right creative agent (Image Director for stills, Video Production for motion, Thumbnail for social assets), enforces brand consistency across all output, manages quality gates between stages, resolves style conflicts, and coordinates multi-asset campaigns. Maintains the creative pipeline — what's in production, what's blocked, what's ready for review.
